There are proven and available options as follows :-
[a] Power generation from wind turbines.
[b] Power generation from latest technology solar arrays.
[c] Power generation [thru the storage of excess power and subsequent power release from renewables above] with the new technology of the “ultra-capacitor” based on dry cells with parallel plates coated with barium titanate. Also this unit, operating as a battery is a superb unit for the electric propulsion of all road vehicles.
[d] Power generation and road vehicle electric propulsion with the “Blacklight Power” CIHT unit which has now been proven to generate substantial and reliable long lasting power as a water fed battery.
[e] Develop from a long established nuclear fusion research device [called the dense plasma focus device] a new type of compact, efficient, clean and pressurized fusion reactor that lends itself to mass production and ultimately very low cost without any radioactive emissions and zero chance of catastrophic accidents -[see the “Varney Protocol” in this document]. This remarkable system will power all categories of shipping, aircraft and spacecraft with the direct generation of electricity for electric propulsion.
This new era heralds an age of human liberation and enlightenment that will put the “dark age” of combustion and nuclear fission power behind us.
Journalism in particular and the “media” in general, hold the trump card for introduction of the new era, by exercising courage and accountability in serving and informing the public.

December 2012 –The material in this and following documents transmitted to you, deals with nuclear fusion meeting all power and propulsion needs within the next decade. The ending of power and propulsion from combustion, means adapting to climate change in a drastic way that will provide our children and grandchildren, with a noble and promising future in an enlightened world.
As much as I have to learn about the experience to date, with Dense Plasma Focus (DPF) development, there is the tremendous potential contribution that you [the technology experts] can make to transform a basic concept into a practical, efficient and perhaps an elegant fusion process that will enable us to make a giant [and urgent] step towards a surviving and sustainable future.
This subject is crucial to developing public cohesion in a bold and doable project to replace all energy generation and propulsion systems [presently using fossil and nuclear fission fuels], [in totality] within a decade by replacement with powerful, compact, efficient, low cost, safe and environmentally friendly fusion reactors, derived from a 50 year old Dense Plasma Focus Device.
This project will not only provide a transformation in our 21st. century technology and address the approaching calamity of global warming and climate change, but within 1 year it may initiate a revitalization of many major corporations [I estimate at least 10 in the G8 countries]. These multinational corporations could produce between them some 70,000 units [each rated at 100 MW] in a period of 5 years and in addition could produce several hundred thousand of smaller units for aircraft electric propulsion[for military, commercial and private categories] and for marine propulsion [ for vessels of all sizes in naval, commercial and private categories].
